The Rhythm Reset
A shared rhythm and sound experience that helps teams reconnect and perform better together under pressure.
Why Most Workplace Wellness Misses the Mark
Most workplace wellness focuses on helping individuals manage stress.
But in most teams, that’s not really where the challenge shows up.
It shows up in things like:
✔ How meetings feel when things get busy
✔ How quickly teams bounce back after heavy workloads
✔ How connected or disconnected people feel in day-to-day communication
✔ and how smoothly people are working together under pressure
The Rhythm Reset is built for that layer.
Not just individual coping, but how a team actually functions together in real time.
A Different Way to Support Wellbeing
The Full Rhythm Reset Experience (90 Minutes, In-Person)
The Rhythm Reset is a 90-minute guided experience that helps teams reset and move through pressure together. It uses rhythm and sound to shift a group out of constant pressure-mode and into more connected, present interaction.
The complete experience includes all three parts, designed to build on each other:
WHAT IT INCLUDES
1. Guided group rhythm experience (no experience required)
A simple, structured rhythm activity that anyone can participate in, no musical background needed. The point isn’t performance; it’s seeing how the team works together when things are stripped down to the basics.
2. Sound-based reset experience
A guided sound experience that helps the group settle and come down from sustained pressure. People notice a real shift in how present and steady they feel together.
3. Reflection + translation to work
A short guided conversation that helps the team name what just happened: what felt different, how communication shifted, and what that says about how things usually feel at work. The goal is to connect the experience back to real workplace behavior, not just reflect on it.
The three together are what make it land: the rhythm and sound shift how the group feels, and the reflection turns that into something they can name and carry back into the week.
Standalone Experiences
Sometimes a team just needs one focused experience: for a kickoff, an offsite, or the end of a hard quarter. Two standalone options:
Drum Circle (60 min): The group rhythm experience on its own. Energizing, connecting, no experience needed.
Sound Bath (45–60 min, virtual or in-person): The sound-based reset on its own. A settling, restorative experience the whole team moves through together.
These are powerful standalone experiences and often serve as an introduction to the full Rhythm Reset.
Why This Approach Feels Different
Most programs create individual experiences people go through separately.
This creates a shared experience the team goes through together.
And that matters, because a lot of what people call “stress” at work actually shows up in how people are interacting with each other, not just how they feel on their own.
