Virtual & Private Sound Baths are immersive, full-body listening experiences that use live therapeutic instruments — singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and more. Sound frequencies interact with the brain and nervous system through a process called entrainment — your body naturally synchronizes with the vibrations, shifting from an active, alert state into one of deep rest and regulation. No music background needed. You simply arrive and receive.

What to Expect:

Arriving in your body: A brief grounding practice to help your nervous system settle before sound begins

The bath itself: Live instrument play layered to support your body's natural relaxation response. You might feel tingling, emotional release, or deep calm — or you might fall asleep. Whatever comes up is what your body needed.

A moment to integrate: Because the body needs a beat before it's ready to move again

Once a month, Natalie hosts a live online sound bath — a chance to exhale, soften, and remember what it feels like to not be in go-mode. All you have to do is show up.
