The Rhythm Behind the Rise

If you’re anything like me, you’ve spent years being “the strong one.”

People count on you because you’re capable, reliable. On the outside, you’ve got it all together—your work, your family, your commitments. But on the inside? It can feel like you’re one step away from burning out.

I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.

For years, I dimmed my light to keep the peace, second-guessed myself, and pushed through exhaustion because that’s what I thought strength looked like.

What changed everything was rhythm.

I discovered how rhythm calms the body, quiets the noise, and brings us back to who we really are. It became more than music. It became my lifeline and gave me a way to reclaim my voice and to rise up.

That’s why I created Rhythm & Rise: to help others do the same.

Because I believe this with my whole heart: Your rhythm is your power. And it’s time to rise with it.

Why Rhythm?

Because it’s in all of us.

Before we had words, we had rhythm. The steady beat of a mother’s heart was our first language. Rhythm grounds us, connects us, and reminds us we’re alive.

But life gets loud, filled with deadlines, expectations, and pressure. We lose track of that steady beat and knowing how we’re really feeling.

Rhythm brings us back. It quiets the noise, resets the nervous system, and creates a sense of safety that ripples into work, relationships, and wellbeing.

Through keynotes, workshops, and rhythm-based experiences, I guide people to:
