Women’s Circles & Ceremonies

Rhythm-centered spaces empowering women to rise up into their next chapter.

In seasons of change, rhythm brings you back to yourself.

Women move through seasons — divorce, motherhood, menopause, grief, growth.
But we’re rarely given intentional space to pause, reflect, and feel supported as we move through them.

Rhythm Rite™ Women’s Reclamation Ceremonies are guided, rhythm-centered experiences for women navigating life transitions and reclaiming their next chapter.

What to Expect:

Arriving together: Gentle grounding practices that help the nervous system settle

Rhythm in community – Interactive drumming and sound experiences that foster connection and embodied release

Space for reflection – Guided prompts and facilitated conversation to process what’s shifting

Intentional closing – A grounding integration to help insights land in the body

Why Rhythm Rite™?

This isn’t just a circle. It’s a structured, rhythm-centered experience grounded in nervous system science and therapeutic facilitation.

Rhythm regulates the body before the mind can catch up.
When women move and breathe together in intentional rhythm, something shifts.

✔ Emotional release becomes possible
✔ Clarity emerges
✔ Connection deepens
✔ Courage strengthens

When a woman feels regulated and supported, she doesn’t shrink through transition — she moves through it without losing herself.

These ceremonies were born out of my own season of transition.

During my divorce, I traveled to Sedona with my sisters for a weekend of reflection, spirituality, and connection. In that space, I realized something profound: my divorce was just as monumental as my wedding — and yet it wasn’t treated that way.

Divorce wasn’t a failure. It was a reclamation of my voice and my identity.

And I began to wonder — why don’t we intentionally honor the transitions that bring us back to ourselves?

So many women move through life-altering changes quietly, often in isolation.
Rhythm Rite™ was created to offer something different — a grounded, supportive space to mark what’s ending, honor what’s emerging, and step forward with clarity.
